Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of project concepts and designs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client goals and company standards.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to review and refine design outputs, ensuring clarity, coherence, and technical accuracy.
  • Oversee the submission of documents and drawings to regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Drive innovation and digital integration through the adoption of advanced design tools and techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the studio.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth and development of the studio's talent pool.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • At least 10 years of experience in architectural design, project leadership, and studio management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite, with familiarity with parametric and computational design tools highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of regional building codes, regulatory frameworks, and submission processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and engage clients.
