Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Building Project Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architectural project management team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of becoming the consultancy firm of choice for industrial development projects.
As a Senior Industrial Building Project Architect, your work scope will include handling projects from design to completion stage, project and contract management including handling of project tenders. You will be responsible for coordinating with consultants on design, technical and code compliance matters, working with the project team to prepare concept, pre-final and final submissions, and maintaining regular interfacing with external and internal members of the project team.
You will also direct the technical team on compliance with planning and building regulations, assist in coordinating works, provide leadership and coordinate the input/output of all involved parties to meet established objectives. Additionally, you will inspect on-site during construction to ensure safety, quality and compliance with all design documents.
The ideal candidate will possess a registrable degree with the Board of Architects Singapore, minimum 4-8 years relevant working experience, and excellent project management, communication and coordination skills. You will also have good conceptualization, presentation and liaison skills, and be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, performance-driven and able to work independently. You will identify and proactively solve detailing or coordination issues that may occur, and be qualified to sign and register with the BOA.
Requirements:
- Registrable Degree with Board of Architects Singapore
- Minimum 4-8 years relevant working experience
- Excellent project management, communication and coordination skills
- Good conceptualization, presentation and liaison skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, performance-driven and able to work independently
- Qualified Person registered with BOA who is able to sign will have an added advantage
