Legal Counsel - Technology (Various Australian Locations)

A high-growth technology infrastructure company is seeking an experienced TMT Legal Counsel with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience to join its expanding team. The company is at the forefront of driving innovation in the region and is looking for a commercially minded lawyer to support its rapid growth and strategic projects.

The role will focus on advising the business on networks, commercial arrangements, and procurement contracts, requiring strong experience in drafting, structuring, and negotiating a wide range of technology and commercial agreements. Candidates should be confident in providing pragmatic legal advice in a fast-moving and dynamic environment, with the ability to balance legal risk against commercial objectives.

This is an ASEAN-focused role, and candidates in Singapore, Australia, or Malaysia will be considered. Some travel may be involved. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing legal team and play a key role in shaping the company's legal strategy across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on networks, commercial arrangements, and procurement contracts.
  • Draft, structure, and negotiate technology and commercial agreements.
  • Balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields (TMT/Technology, corporate, or commercial).
  • Experience advising on technology contracts, procurement, and related commercial matters.
  • Comfort with cross-border or regional roles; travel may be involved.
