Discovering the role The Technical Support position is responsible for presales support to our sales team and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical consultation, system design, and system solutions for all sales/SAM for SEA projects. Quotation & Configuration Check Ensure all system configurations and quotes are accurate for the SEA region. Provide technical training for SEA sales and technical teams. Offer after-sales technical support (project/CS) as needed. Support T&C for SEA projects. Ensure quality of Convergint services following company standards and policies, delivering prompt responses within the region. Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional training. Attend internal training to improve skills. Requirements Minimum 3 years of related experience in security, electronics, or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment. Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, networking, and databases. Familiarity with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems is advantageous. Technical presales experience is a plus. Good communication and coordination skills. Client-focused and quick learner.
