Role Sales Support (Aftermarket)at Xylem Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner. Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders. Liaise with suppliers and vendors for product information, pricing, and lead times. Support sales representatives with documentation, scheduling, and customer updates. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders in CRM or ERP system. Process purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery notes accurately. Track and update order status for internal teams and customers. Maintain filing and documentation for audits and compliance. Act as the first point of contact for customers on routine enquiries and order status. Provide after-sales support including warranty, service, and spare parts coordination. Address customer issues promptly, escalating to sales/management where necessary. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
