Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Project Manager to lead corporate office design and build projects. This role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, and tendering for interior fit-out works.

  • Manage corporate office design and build projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure timely project delivery while controlling costs and meeting quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors on project documentation, drawings, submissions, and other essential tasks.
  • Perform budgeting, cost management, and expenditure control to maximize project efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and contractual terms.
  • Oversee site operations, coordination meetings, and safety briefings.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field such as construction management, architecture, or engineering.
  • Extensive experience in renovation project management and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
