Corporate Office Design Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Office Design Project Manager to oversee and manage corporate office design and build projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning, Scheduling, and Tendering: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and tendering of interior fit-out works for corporate office design projects.
  • Client Liaison and Schedule Control: Liaise with clients to monitor and control project schedules related to cost, time, and quality, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors on drawings, submissions, completion letters, delivery processes, and other project documentation.
  • Budgeting, Cost Management, and Expenditure Control: Perform and monitor budgeting, cost management, and expenditure control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compliance and Site Operations: Ensure compliance with building contractual terms and regulations, while managing site operations, coordination meetings, and safety briefings.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree Qualification: A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field such as construction management, architecture, or business administration.
  • Relevant Work Experience: Relevant working experience in renovation project management and coordination.
  • Architectural and Interior Design Knowledge: Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design drawings.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
