Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the design and construction industry, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote Divine Space Construction.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the design and construction industry.
Strong understanding of design and build processes and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
