You manage contractual and financial matters for maintenance contracts, ensuring adherence to MINDEF/SAF guidelines. What you will be working on Manage contractual and financial matters for maintenance contracts under your portfolio Ensure adherence to MINDEF/SAF guidelines in contract execution Conduct regular internal audits to identify transactional risks Recommend changes to keep internal control measures relevant and adequate Manage and monitor budgets allocated to contracts Evaluate resource and fund deployment effectiveness Challenge(s)Staying current with finance and audit policy changes Evaluating and identifying gaps in existing processes Making sound recommendations to bridge identified gaps Managing diverse contracts with various pricing mechanisms What we are looking for Education in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Engineering, Logistics Management or a related field 3 years of experience in outsourcing or contracting procedures is advantageous Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analytical and reporting tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
