Job Title: Manufacturing Efficiency Specialist

This position is responsible for ensuring production processes are optimized to meet customer demands and reduce waste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization : Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, minimize delays, and enhance product quality.
  • Trend Analysis : Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions to address bottlenecks.
  • Inventory Management : Implement effective inventory control systems to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting production schedules and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Applied Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science from a recognized institution.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including capacity planning, automation, scheduling, cycle time, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including compressed 12-hour night shifts.
  • Outstanding organizational, coordination, and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and coordinate team members from multiple sites and diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and basic coding skills desired.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a demanding and dynamic environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
