Job Summary
In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we seek an experienced Manufacturing Efficiency Specialist to analyze and improve our metal stamping processes. With a strong background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, this professional will identify opportunities for efficiency gains, enhance product quality, and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing manufacturing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement optimized manufacturing processes for metal stamping operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce process improvements and support new product introduction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for process-related issues.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in metal stamping and process improvement.
  • Certified Internal Auditor for IATF16949 and ISO9001, with a strong understanding of quality management systems.
  • Proven experience in metal stamping processes, die design, tooling, and material selection.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
