We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist/Agency to enhance the visibility and growth of our YouTube channel on a freelance basis. The suitable candidate must possess a proven track record in driving both organic and paid traffic tailored for YouTube, focusing on boosting subscribers, views, and engagement.Responsibilities:- Create and implement a customized YouTube promotion strategy aligned with our content.- Strategize and oversee YouTube Ads campaigns, excluding promotions on Facebook or Instagram.- Propose efficient keyword optimization, video SEO, and audience targeting techniques.- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, delivering regular updates.- Enhance visibility, reach, and engagement through optimized content and ad expenditure.- Clearly articulate budget requirements for YouTube Ads, including guidance on cost per view (CPV), daily/monthly ad budget, etc.Requirements:- Demonstrated expertise in promoting YouTube channels and Google Ads, particularly YouTube Ads.- Familiarity with YouTube algorithms, trends, and SEO best practices.- Proficiency in audience targeting and conversion strategies specific to YouTube.- Strong analytical capabilities to assess campaign effectiveness.- Ability to provide transparent budget estimations (Google Ads budget vs. Service Fees).Budget Expectations:- Google Ads Budget: A detailed breakdown of anticipated expenditure for Google Ads (monthly or per campaign).- Service Fee: Specify your fee structure for overseeing and managing campaigns (flat rate or percentage-based).How to Apply:Please submit the following:- A concise proposal outlining your strategy for promoting YouTube channels.- An itemized budget breakdown (Google Ads + your service fee).- Samples of successfully promoted YouTube channels.- Your availability and any additional pertinent details.,
