**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in content policy/review, legal, Trust and Safety, policy escalation, or crisis management.
- Experience communicating with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in escalations or crisis management.
- Knowledge of how brand safety works for advertisers on internet platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence groups of cross-functional stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
- Enforce policy decisions for YouTube’s advertiser guidelines.
- Review controversial and sometimes offensive video content to determine whether or not they’re brand safe.
- Manage incoming urgent escalations from advertisers, creators, and press.
- Work with global YouTube Policy Specialists on urgent and sensitive incidents, and to communicate policy updates and improvements.
- Manage users, advertisers, products, and brand considerations across a variety of policy issues and platforms.
