The Opportunity
Adecco is partnering with our client, a well-known Tech/Fintech MNC.
We are looking for a Lending Operations Analyst.
The role will start out as a contract.
Candidates who are immediately available or able to start work within short notice will be preferred.
The Talent
Qualification - preferably in Business, Finance, Operation Management, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Basic understanding of the local financial regulatory environment, compliance, and customer due diligence process.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
A lateral thinker and creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Support sales and business organization in go-to-market activities and support digibank partnership and collaboration activities.
Loan Application Checking: Review and verify loan applications to ensure they meet internal standards.
Approval of Loan Files: Approve time-sensitive loan files onto the Loan Management System (LMS).
Monthly Reporting: Prepare and share detailed reports on loans and payments with the Finance team on a monthly basis.
Bi-Annual Document Requests: Coordinate the bi-annual request of documents from merchants for credit risk review, ensuring all required information is collected and provided to the credit risk team.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct UAT for any new products or automations, ensuring functionality aligns with operational needs.
Purchase Order Creation: Manage the creation of purchase orders within Oracle for client payments on an ad-hoc basis.
Liaising with Legal and Clients: Collaborate with the Legal team to prepare and finalize contracts, and communicate directly with merchants regarding contract details on an ad-hoc basis.
