The Credit Administration Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management of credit administration functions at GMP Group HQ. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing credit documents, establishing and monitoring credit limits, and providing administrative support for credit-related activities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Main Tasks:
- Review and prepare credit documents, including Letter of Offer, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to establish and monitor credit limits based on approved credit terms.
- Prepare and follow up on loan rates and quoting deposit.
- Support the preparation of credit-related reports for regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A degree and relevant experience in credit or loan administration are essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office applications, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are also required.
