Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Managing the commercial review of finance and transaction documents.
  • Supporting on pricing and commercial negotiations.
  • Liaising with legal counsels and transaction participants and management transaction logistics related to closing, conditions precedent and conditions subsequent with minimal supervision.
  • Managing ongoing administration requirements.
  • Administering opening and ongoing administration of bank and brokerage accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Legal or syndicated loans operations background.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
  • Tertiary or professional qualification or experience in relevant field.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders in parallel.
  • Demonstratable ability to review finance and transaction documents.
  • Legal or loans operations background.
  • Team player, resilient, resourceful and results driven.
  • Excellent proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
  • Excellent proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to participate and support other engagements within the trust and fund administration function.
