Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Data Centre Operations Site Lead to oversee the smooth operation of our data centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical services, with experience in Tier III or equivalent facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site operations, including effective team management, performance monitoring, and maintenance program execution.
  • Ensure delivery of planned and reactive activities within set parameters.
  • Support daily operations meetings, monthly reviews, and quarterly business planning sessions.
  • Maintain accurate asset information and update changes within the CMMS.

Ideal Candidate

  • Tertiary qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or operational engineering.
  • At least 3 years' experience in data centre operations, preferably in a Tier III facility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Possess relevant DC certifications and understand continuous improvement initiatives.
