Job Title: AV Solutions Specialist

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled AV Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an AV Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in technical presales activities, including client presentations and product demonstrations.

You will also support business development by following up on leads, preparing proposals and quotations. Your role will involve liaison with technology vendors, suppliers, and partners to obtain and negotiate quotes.

Key responsibilities of this role include participating in industry events, meetings, and client discussions to present technical solutions. Collaboration is key as you will work with project managers and technical teams to plan and deliver AV solutions according to timelines.

You will draft and review system schematics, equipment layouts, and wiring diagrams. Onsite installations, configuration, testing, and commissioning of AV, CCTV, ELV, and other integrated systems are also part of your responsibilities.

Additionally, you will handle upgrades, basic programming, and troubleshooting of devices and software. Providing on-site technical support, user training, and post-installation follow-up are essential tasks that require excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Responsibilities

You will respond to service issues and breakdowns as needed. Support internal improvement initiatives and ad-hoc technical tasks are also expected.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of AV, CCTV, ELV, and integrated systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
