The Position
Solidus Labs is seeking a Pre-Sales & Growth team member to make an immediate and tangible impact. This role requires the ability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within both traditional financial markets (TradFi) and the evolving landscape of crypto and digital assets. We're looking for a professional with meticulous project management skills and demonstrable B2B experience who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with a can-do attitude and possess the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Sales to target high-priority verticals, develop go-to-market strategies, and build top-of-funnel pipeline.
- Nurture leads through consultative engagement and value-added conversations.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client pain points, workflows, and regulatory obligations.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs.
- Create and maintain pre-sales collateral such as solution briefs, competitive matrices, FAQs, and demo scripts.
- Support RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with Product and Compliance teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align content and campaign efforts with sales strategy.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client workshops to build pipeline and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of combined experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, customer success, or business development, ideally within the RegTech or compliance space.
- Strong domain expertise in financial crime compliance, AML, transaction monitoring, or market surveillance preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success engaging C-level stakeholders and influencing buying decisions.
- Deep understanding of APAC regulatory environments and financial ecosystems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional regional language(s) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and events.
