About This Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team.

  • Project Planning: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical and electrical engineering projects from feasibility study to project completion.
  • M&E Systems: Installation and coordination of all mechanical and electrical systems including lighting, power, water services, ventilation, air conditioning and fire safety.
  • Drawing Review: Review and interpret M&E drawings and specifications; propose optimizations for site-specific performance and durability.
  • Progress Monitoring: Control the progress of RFI, RFA, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time project completion.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure mechanical and electrical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes align with established policies and objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience related projects in Singapore building and construction industry.
  • Experience in high-end hospitality and residential projects.
