Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead and manage complex MEP projects, ensuring seamless integration of design, production, and installation processes. We are looking for a highly skilled project manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP projects. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Plan and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Knowledge of MEP systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with structural and architectural coordination a plus.
  • BCSS certification preferred.
  • CSCPM certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in DfMA, Prefabrication, and MEP systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with IDD tracking tools (Novade, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.).
  • Knowledge of project planning software (Microsoft Project, Primavera).
