Job Title: MEP Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire MEP process, from coordination with subcontractors to commissioning and testing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with MEP subcontractors to ensure timely completion of their workscopes;
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise;
  • Verify that all MEP works comply with relevant authorities' regulations and standards;
  • Collaborate with the Quantity Surveyor to measure and verify work completed;
  • Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification;
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial, commercial, and institutional projects;
  • Familiarity with Condo/HDB project requirements is an asset;
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
