Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Documentation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating technical documentation, as well as preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining technical documents.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and update technical manuals and publications.
  • Prepare and review technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, and user documentation.
  • Gather and analyze technical information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
  • Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and non-technical users.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet project release dates and client deliverables.
  • Maintain a library of documentation, cataloguing it for internal and external use.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand user operation.
  • Ability to understand technical and engineering products and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office /Word suite.
Benefits:

A 5-day week schedule in the AMK area is offered for this position.

This position requires strong technical documentation and usability skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Word suite is essential.
