Overview

Recruitment Sourcing Specialist (Third-party Contractor) - Global Product. This is a 12-month full-time contract based in Singapore.

About the Team: The Global Product team is building an engineering organization for core TikTok products in Singapore to support growth, deliver strong product experiences, and build attractive features while preserving user privacy. The team collaborates with Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Operations to help grow teams, improve HR processes, and enhance efficiency. The role partners with multiple stakeholders to support rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents at all levels.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team (Recruiters, Coordinators, other Sourcers) and hiring managers to fulfill business needs and goals.
  • Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects, and optimize current processes to improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date market intelligence to support business growth.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote TikTok as a great place to work.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean, LinkedIn) to identify and engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across all organizational levels and externally.
  • Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners.

Preferred Qualification

  • At least 2 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets to support business strategies and decisions.
