If you share the same passion to pursue excellence, join us to make an impact and be part of something specialRole Summary You will be responsible to deliver robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing process with data‐driven analytics and systemic problem‐solving skills in Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) module. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing, optimizing and maintaining smooth daily manufacturing operations and problem‐solve issues promptly. Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain with quality and urgency. Continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards. Assist in conducting experiments, analyse complex datasets, and derive actionable insights to optimise manufacturing processes and precise controls. Support the analysis of production anomalies and maintaining/improving statistical process control (SPC) methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes. Education & Qualifications Diploma or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related STEM field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Process Engineer, possessing in‐depth knowledge. Experience working in a 12" fab would be advantageous. Opportunity to travel to Taiwan for training (subject to needs and expectations).
