You will lead, shepherd, and disciple our youth (ages 11-21), developing a thriving youth ministry rooted in Scripture, prayer, and community life. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for young people, strong biblical grounding, and a passion for mentoring future leaders. Your Key responsibilities: Plan and lead weekly youth services, Bible studies, and discipleship groups based on firm theological foundation. Organize camps, outreach events, retreats, and mission projects for youth. Develop and mentor a team of youth leaders and prepare them for ministry works and service in BLC. Build a family-friendly ministry with youths and their families in the spiritual development and growth of the youths. Provide leadership, direction, training and oversight for the youth ministry in alignment with BLC vision Partner with pastor(s) and ministry heads in church-wide initiatives. Develop, implement and manage plans/programmes for the spiritual formation and maturation of the youths, including pastoral care and counselling Requirements: A mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Passion and calling for youth ministry. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Christian Ministry, Theology, or related field (in progress candidates may also apply). Previous experience working with youths in a church or para-church setting is preferred. Ability to teach and disciple young people with theological soundness and cultural relevance. A heart for pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership development. Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Will be required to
