Responsibilities Deliver engaging and impactful product demonstrations, webinars, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to customers and prospects, showcasing the value and benefits of Microsoft Copilot solutions and AI. Provide technical consultation and support to customers and prospects, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving their issues. Design and propose customized solutions using Microsoft Copilot solutions and AI that meet the customer's specific business needs, technical requirements, and goals. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities and assist them in closing deals and achieving revenue targets. Provide feedback and insights to the product team on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and product enhancement suggestions. Provide enablement trainings to both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft solutions. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot solutions and AI, including its features, capabilities, use cases, and limitations. Proficient knowledge of DLP policies, procedures, and best practices within Microsoft Purview and M365 to ensure clients’ data is protected. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to understand the customer's business context, pain points, and objectives, and translate them into effective solutions using Microsoft Copilot and AI. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team, product team, and other stakeholders, and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Passionate about AI, coding, and innovation, and eager to learn new technologies and skills.
