Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify new markets, consumer trends, and competitor activities. Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with potential franchisees, investors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Sales and negotiation: Identify and qualify new clients, arrange meetings, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to legal guidelines. Client management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers, addressing their needs and providing feedback. Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to align on business development efforts.
