STUDENT CARE CENTRE IN EAST LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED CENTRE SUPERVISOR (Student Care Centre / Tuition Centre)We are looking for candidates who like working with children. Main duties involve day-to-day operational duties which include rostering, scheduling of classes, as well as teaching. Candidate will need to have good communication skills to communicate with parents, staff, students and walk-in customers. Key roles and responsibilities Oversee the full operations (student & tuition) for the outlet Streamline work processes Plan and deliver of student activities/post-exam activities and curriculum To take on tuition classes To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre To handle parents'/students' enquires on class timings/ services/ etc Liaising with parents, students, schools, external vendors on any changes to schedule Training of new hires Handle firsthand issues for the outlet Providing regular updates to the management Any other operational duties as assigned Skills & Experience Degree/ Diploma/ A levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations Preferably with prior tutoring experience Enjoy being with children, classroom management Good communication skills in corresponding with pupils, parents and staff Be systematic and organized in handling administrative and management work Good grades in O level/ A level Driving license is a plus Interested parties please send in your resume to *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
