We specialize in delivering a fresh, exciting, and high-quality dining experience, and we're expanding quickly across the market.Role Overview The Multi-Unit Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of several WEWA QSR outlets. This role ensures that our stores deliver excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, and strong financial results. Reporting to the COO, the Operations Manager will work closely with store managers, kitchen teams, and the back office to execute processes, maintain standards, and support growth.Key Responsibilities • \tOversee daily operations across multiple QSR outlets to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent execution.• \tSupport store managers in staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.• \tMonitor operational KPIs including sales, labor costs, and food costs; recommend improvements where needed.• \tImplement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) specific to QSR operations to ensure quality, food safety, and customer service standards.• \tDrive outlet-level initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer experience.• \tCoordinate with the marketing team to support local activations and promotions.• \tEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, health & safety standards, and company policies.• \tProvide feedback and insights from the ground to senior management to inform decision-making.• \tSupport the opening of new outlets by coordinating logistics, training, and operational readiness.Qualifications & Experience • \tMinimum 3-5 years of proven operations management experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants).• \tStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams in a fast-paced, high-volume QSR environment.• \tHands-on operator who thrives in solving problems and improving processes.• \tProficient with operational and financial metrics; comfortable with QSR POS and scheduling systems.• \tExcellent communication and organizational skills.What We Offer • \tOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding QSR brand.• \tHands-on role with clear career development path.• \tDynamic, collaborative work environment with a passionate team.
