Singapore SUPERIOR MULTI-PACKAGING LIMITED Full time

Prepare period-end management and statutory reports, commentary reporting, board paper, key financial indicators and analyses
- Variance analysis around actual results compared to Budgets and forecast for each business unit
- Analyse trends and financial performance across business units
- Play a lead role in compiling annual budget, forecast and quarterly result with senior management
- Maintain, upkeep Reporting System and process improvement initiatives
- Lead the balance sheet review of business units
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, addressing the audit issues, working with the operation team to ensure the implementation of audit recommendations
- Coordinate with business unit to update and monitor the capital and operating spending
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures and propose internal control safeguards where necessary
- Monitor the cash flow activities by ensuring that the cash requirements of the entities are met and excess funds are held and managed in an efficient manner
- Perform any other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in audit in accounting firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in Hyperion and OneStream software will be an advantage
- Self-initiated, able to work with minimum supervision and deliver within tight deadlines
- Independent, meticulous and has good analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to read and write Chinese as this role requires to work with China business units
