Customer Service Assistant Officer Job Summary: Salary up $2500 - $3000 Working Days: 5 days work week Working Location: Tanglin Mall / Seletar Mall / Great World Mall 2-3 months Bonus + $2500 Flexi Benefits 18days Annual Leave Job Responsibilities: Managing and handling all customer service-related matters at Customer Service Counter Maintaining high level of customer service standards Handling enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants Bring the brand ambassador of the mall, promoting the Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities Support Marcom in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program and any other marketing initiatives as and when required Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: Minimum GCE N Level qualification Minimum 1 year of working experience in a relevant customer service role Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CMS is advantageous Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
