Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Deal Value Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex transactions and help clients achieve maximum value.

About the Role

As a Deal Value Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering deal value services to clients. This will involve conducting pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence, executing large-scale enterprise-wide integrations, and supporting complex divestitures and separations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scoping projects, managing deliverables, and project economics
  • Carrying out detailed analysis of target data and practices with regards to supply chain management
  • Interacting with target management to develop an understanding of the business
  • Identifying deal issues and providing suggestions for solutions
  • Producing reports and preparing key summary sections presenting risks and areas of improvement in supply chain and operations
  • Managing and/or supporting the implementation of proposed solutions
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Developing our service offering to match market requirements
  • Performing risk management procedures, including drafting engagement letters and budgeting projects
  • Contributing to the development of the team and the firm through coaching and training other team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university or foreign institution, preferably with specialization in engineering, supply chain, or operations management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience combining managing roles in an external consulting firm and industry experience in management roles of operational functions
  • Quality assurance certification or industry-specific professional qualification (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, supply chain certification such as APICS) is a plus
  • Experience in post-merger integration and/or divestiture projects is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in data analytics are essential
  • Excellent business sense and commercially aware, ideally with some level of financial accounting awareness
  • Strong project management skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Innovative, confident, and mature with good ability to develop impactful PowerPoint slides
  • Bright, team player who can work effectively under pressure and independently
  • Willingness to travel
