Job Description: Events Coordinator The Events Coordinator will oversee logistics for multiple events, including conferences and meetings of diverse scales. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams, requiring a proactive approach to multitasking, leadership, and independent project execution in fast-paced settings. Responsibilities Event Execution: Manage end-to-end coordination of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, ensuring timely delivery within budget and alignment with creative concepts. Project Coordination: Establish and monitor timelines, priorities, and status updates via tools like emails and reports. Client Engagement: Contribute to proposal development (concept, planning, budgeting) and present to clients. Foster long-term client relationships by exceeding expectations. Vendor & Venue Management: Source, negotiate with, and oversee third-party vendors and venues regionally. Financial Oversight: Handle post-event operational and financial reconciliation.
