Responsibilities
Manage team budgets during closing periods, yearly budgeting, and forecasting periods.
Accurately allocate and manage team resources.
Oversee and manage internal proposal processes before sharing with customers.
Lead project and operation team knowledge transfers and operational handovers as needed.
Manage business partner and vendor relationships as required.
Maintain customer relationships and handle client communications when necessary.
Lead and guide team members in estimating maintenance and operation support costs.
Escalate major project issues and report to senior management promptly.
Provide daily reports to managers covering budget status, resource allocation, and operational forecasts.
Conduct daily team management activities and mandatory team meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree or higher in any relevant field.
8–10 years of experience in team leadership, including managing team budgets, schedules, and resources.
ITIL V3 or V4 certification is required.
Strong communication skills in English.
Solid knowledge in On-Premises, Cloud, Network, and Server operations for cost estimation purposes.
Ability and willingness to adapt quickly to new technologies.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
(Preferred) Familiarity with cloud services-related software, hardware technologies, and products.
(Preferred) Experience handling projects involving software-defined data centers or cloud service infrastructures.
(Preferred) Willingness To Travel When Assigned To Projects.
