Develop annual goals, budgets, and work plans for the Operations Department and its sub-functions in line with company strategy and market needs.
Monitor and review departmental performance, ensuring targets are met and making adjustments where necessary.
Formulate global procurement strategies, optimize supplier channels, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely supply of raw materials and components.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive continuous supply chain improvements.
Oversee production planning and execution at the Huizhou factory to meet market demand and ensure capacity readiness.
Coordinate closely with global sales and production teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery to customers.
Implement efficient order processing, tracking, and feedback systems to quickly resolve delivery issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and optimize global logistics strategies, reduce costs, and improve delivery efficiency.
Manage global VMI warehouse operations, balancing timely delivery with optimal inventory levels.
Collaborate with sales, R&D, finance, and other functions to align operations with company-wide strategies.
Lead cross-departmental problem-solving and foster team collaboration.
Identify and mitigate risks across global operations, including supply chain disruptions, production incidents, and logistics delays.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Mold Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Automation, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term operational plans aligned to company goals.
International mindset and cross-cultural communication skills; experience in multinational environments is an advantage.
Proficiency in production management, supply chain and logistics, quality control, capacity planning, and ERP/SCM/QMS systems.
Skilled in lean manufacturing and industrial engineering methods to boost efficiency, lower costs, and increase capacity.
Solid expertise in metal processing (stamping, machining, surface treatments, post-processing) and familiarity with a wide range of industrial metals (e.g., copper, copper-nickel alloys, nickel, steel, aluminum, beryllium alloys).
Strong track record in global procurement, supplier development, and supply chain management.
Familiar with customs regulations and import/export procedures.
