It's about establishing and embedding world-class program management capabilities, shaping strategy through data-driven insight, and positioning our supply chain as a benchmark for industry-leading transformation. Let's Talk About The Role Executive Leadership & Strategic Program Governance Lead and scale a high-performing, globally dispersed team of project and program managers driving strategic, transformational, and operational excellence initiatives across the supply chain. Define and evolve a scalable PMO framework aligned with enterprise goals—fostering standardisation, efficiency, accountability, and measurable impact. Partner with senior executives to shape strategy and ensure alignment across global business units. Champion a portfolio mindset—balancing speed, risk, and value realisation across a diverse and complex program landscape. Program Management Excellence & Framework Development Design, implement, and govern best-in-class methodologies tailored for global supply chain operations. Deploy tools and processes that enable visibility, performance tracking, and real-time decision-making at scale. Integrate agile and hybrid approaches to deliver speed and flexibility across multi-year, multi-region programs. Establish robust governance, KPI frameworks, and risk protocols to ensure delivery consistency and quality. Team Leadership & Capability Building Inspire, coach, and develop a senior team of project leaders, fostering a high-performance culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous learning. Scale the team from its current foundation, attracting and retaining top-tier PMO talent to build a global centre of excellence. Build internal project management capabilities through mentorship, training, and knowledge-sharing. Change Leadership & Innovation Lead change management efforts to ensure new systems, processes, and ways of working are adopted and sustained. Champion innovation by introducing emerging tools, digital solutions, and industry-leading practices. Use data-driven insights to refine transformation delivery and strengthen stakeholder engagement. Let's Talk About You Proven experience leading large-scale, global program portfolios in complex supply chain and operations environments. Deep domain expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, technologies, and transformation levers. Strong strategic acumen with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders. Demonstrated success in building and scaling world-class PMO organisations and high-performing teams. Expertise in project/program methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), portfolio governance, and organisational change. Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills—able to simplify complexity and deliver outcomes in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
