APAC Talent Acquisition Manager leads talent attraction and hiring across the region, supporting people strategy, talent development, and employee engagement to ensure a positive employee journey. Working as part of the global People & Culture team and reporting to the APAC HR Manager, the role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, securing top talent, and collaborating with teams across functions and regions to deliver an inspiring, well‐rounded employee experience. The role also supports key functions within people operations. Department: People & Culture Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Singapore Reporting To: Els De Paepe Key Responsibilities Talent attraction & recruiting Partner with the hiring business and form strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and plan for talent needs and recruiting best practices Develop in‐depth knowledge of our business and industry and the skills and capabilities needed to support it Own the full‐cycle recruitment strategy for Human8 in APAC Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking relationships, university ties, referrals, etc.), proactively developing a talent pipeline Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview teams Conduct phone and virtual interviews for candidates under ownership and assess relevant knowledge, skills, and experience Negotiate job offers and facilitate onboarding of new hires Develop and update job descriptions and specifications Manage the talent pipeline on our applicant tracking system, Pinpoint Identify and implement improvements in the talent attraction and hiring processes Keep up to date with the latest trends related to attracting, recruiting, and onboarding talent Recruitment marketing Continuously evolve the Talent Attraction strategy and explore new creative ways to attract unique talent within and outside the industry Partner with Marketing and internal stakeholders to set up our employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy Lead execution of recruitment marketing activities, including job fairs, recruiting events, regional recruitment marketing plans, employer‐led content on social media, employer branding events Advocate for Human8, promoting and representing the brand with pride and positivity People operations Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition Oversee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and final documentation processing Maintain and update HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection standards Administer local payroll processes in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements Coordinate day‐to‐day administration operations of the local office Skills, Knowledge & Expertise A bachelor's degree or above Minimum 3‐5 years of experience recruiting talent with diverse skill sets, including proven success creating recruitment strategies Experience in a generalist human resources role, including payroll processing, onboarding/offboarding, is a plus Fluent in Chinese to effectively engage with Chinese‐speaking candidates across Greater China Knowledge and experience in social media (LinkedIn, social networks, etc.)Action‐oriented and proactive, with a proven ability to take ownership of initiatives, ensure timely implementation, and deliver high‐quality outcomes; positive attitude towards challenges and embraces change with initiative and self‐motivation Demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, interpersonal, and relationship building skills Highly motivated, well‐organized self‐starter, with determination to make an impact on internal team and business performance Work calmly under pressure in a fast‐paced environment and able to re‐prioritize according to business needs Discreet and able to handle confidential information Additional Information Seniority level: Mid‐Senior level Employment type: Full‐time Job function: Human Resources Industries: Market Research #J-18808-Ljbffr
