Join the World of Luxury – Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate (Watches & Jewelry)

Step into the world of fine craftsmanship and timeless elegance. We are hiring passionate individuals to represent prestigious luxury watch & jewelry maisons in Singapore's top retail destinations.

Locations Available: Raffles City, ION Orchard, Marina Bay Sands
Salary: $3,000 – $3,800 (depending on role & experience) + Commissions + Incentives
Work Hours: Retail rostered hours, including weekends & public holidays

What You'll Do

  • Deliver personalized customer experiences that reflect luxury brand standards.
  • Build long-term client relationships and provide expert styling/product advice.
  • Drive boutique sales by engaging, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Represent the maison as a brand ambassador, upholding heritage and values.
  • Maintain boutique standards in stock, display, and housekeeping.
  • Support exciting in-store events, activations, and marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in luxury retail, ideally in watches, jewelry, or accessories.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for building client networks.
  • Professional, well-groomed, and confident in presentation.
  • Sales-driven and customer-focused with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends/public holidays).
