Senior Commercial Finance Manager (Professional Services MNC)Hudson is partnering with a leading global services organisation to appoint a Senior Commercial Finance Manager for their regional team in Singapore. This is a high-impact role for an experienced finance professional to provide strategic insight, drive commercial performance, and partner closely with senior leadership. About the Role You will report to the Head of Commercial Finance and act as a trusted business partner to senior operational leaders. The role provides commercial and financial leadership in a dynamic, project‐driven environment supporting complex, high‐value client operations across the region. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to deliver financial insights and influence commercial decisions Lead regional budgeting, forecasting and long‐range planning processes Analyze performance, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations Build and maintain financial models to support commercial initiatives and investment decisions Support reporting cycles and enhance decision‐support processes Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting About You Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience across audit and commercial finance roles Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance and business partnering in multinational or regional environments Commercially minded, able to translate financial insights into actionable outcomes Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‐moving, complex environment Why This Role?This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded global technical services organisation in a senior finance capacity.
