Job Title:

Regional Sales Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead regional growth initiatives for a specialty chemical product line across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and revenue growth across Southeast Asia for a key specialty chemical product line.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in line with global objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to optimize sales performance and pricing approaches.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth coordination of supply chain, pricing, logistics, and after-sales support.
  • Deliver regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B sales or business development within the chemicals or materials industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Southeast Asia region and beyond.
