Alchemy Global Talent is working with a leading organisation specializing in Corporate services. As part of their commitment to excellence, they are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager with US Military experience to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with a background in the US Military to bring leadership, strategic thinking, and a disciplined approach to the sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the value of teamwork, leadership, and resilience gained from their military experience, coupled with a strong desire to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize individual and team performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and service delivery.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior leadership.
Leverage military experience to foster a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and teamwork within the sales team.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, building the brand and increasing visibility.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to maintain long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and leadership.
Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
