Locum Clinic Assistant - IMMEDIATE STARTER We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Clinic Assistant (Locum)to join our team. If you enjoy supporting patients and working in a healthcare environment, we’d love to hear from youJob Responsibilities: Manage the reception area and perform front-desk duties (registration, appointments, billing). Handle administrative tasks such as insurance claims, stock management, medication purchase, and stock taking. Process and file lab reports. Assist the doctor during consultations, wound dressing, and infusions when required. Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including safe practices (e.g., swab/instrument/needle counts and reporting discrepancies). Dispense medicines according to guidelines. Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of the treatment area. Perform other clinic-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Singaporean applicants only. Prior experience in a healthcare/clinic setting is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients). Familiarity with Plato system will be useful. Working Hours: 5.5-day work week (locum basis).
