Manufacturing Process Developer

The primary objective of this role is to establish cost-effective and efficient manufacturing processes from raw materials to final product delivery. You will work closely with customers to facilitate seamless project transfers, technology handovers, and system implementations.

  • Develop and implement process plans for new products to meet on-time delivery requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new assemblies to optimize production workflows.
  • Identify necessary facilities and supplies for assembly operations.
  • Establish project schedules and manage technical changes to ensure smooth production.
  • Resolve technical issues in assembly to minimize downtime.
  • Implement process improvements for cost-effectiveness.
  • Participate in the company's continuous improvement program.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Precision Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a process engineer in Contract Manufacturing or an equivalent industry.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical workmanship skills.
  • Experience working in cleanroom environments is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions.
