Manufacturing Process Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop manufacturing process sequences from raw materials receipt to finished parts shipment.
  • Create and update work instructions based on engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Design and develop CNC code/programs for machining, toolings, fixtures, and gauges.
  • Craft special processes such as heat treatment, brazing, EDM, shot peening, and welding.
  • Conduct pre-production pilot runs and training for associates.
  • Provide technical support to production teams to achieve quality and technical requirements.
  • Liaise with OEMs on product requirements, process qualifications, and technology development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aeronautical, or material engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in precision engineering in a manufacturing environment, proficient in CAD software.
  • Special process experience (heat treatment, brazing, EDM, shot peening, and welding) is advantageous.
