Food Production Operations Leader

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily execution of our food production processes. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating our warehouse and distribution functions, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our order processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all aspects of food receiving, sorting, packaging and shipping to ensure compliance with strict quality control standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, as well as track order processing schedules to ensure consistent delivery and material supply.
  • Oversee the management and coordination of our on-site staff, including scheduling shifts and daily work assignments.
  • Respond to and resolve any on-site issues that may arise, such as order errors, job delays or customer complaints.
  • Assist in optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and improving overall operational efficiency.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as shipping rates, inventory turnover rates and delivery satisfaction ratings, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Manage equipment and materials, performing daily inspections and simple maintenance tasks for production equipment.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively serve Chinese-speaking clients.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing roles with operational administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Pinyin and Word.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Support with new employee onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into our operations team.
