Responsibilities Set up new laptops and desktops for end users (Windows) and configure user profiles, network settings, and software. Perform laptop formatting and OS reinstallation (e.g., Windows 11). Set up and configure iPhones for corporate use, including email setup, VPN configuration, and MDM enrollment. Decommission devices during offboarding, ensuring proper data wiping and documentation. Perform basic hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting; restore iPhones to factory settings when required. Install and update commonly used software (Office 365, Zoom, Adobe, etc.) and troubleshoot user access issues. Track and maintain IT inventory, assign/unassign equipment, and perform routine audits. Handle IT service desk tickets, resolve Level 1 issues, reset passwords, and provide remote support via TeamViewer or Microsoft Quick Assist. Enroll and manage devices using Microsoft Intune; manage users and groups in Azure Active Directory. Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online intranet sites, managing permissions and providing user training. Ensure cybersecurity best practices, support patching and endpoint protection tools, and assist in MFA/password policy enforcement. Perform ad-hoc duties, digital solutions, and special projects as directed by the supervisor. Requirements Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1–2 years' experience in a helpdesk or IT support role. Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 11) and Microsoft 365 products. Hands‐on experience with iOS device setup, Apple ID management, Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and SharePoint Online.
