Strategic Product Leadership

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned product professional to take on a leadership role and drive the development of our products.

  • We are seeking a strategic thinker who can develop and execute overall product strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge in product management and be able to break down complex problems into workable chunks.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written, slide, and spoken skills is essential.
  • Experience in enterprise, backend, and data products as well as VC, corporate/business strategy, and government is advantageous.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can lead cross-functional teams and drive business growth through innovative product development.

  • Key responsibilities include strategy/hypothesis development and execution, driving development of overall product strategy, identifying problem areas, and assessing risks.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for building modular enterprise platform products and data products, improving existing products, and sharpening product thinking through product one-pagers.
  • Additionally, they will co-create go-to-market plans to improve product impact and efficiency, best practices, and policy development.
  • They must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage relationships with them.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in software product development management, with at least 5 years of wide product oversight experience.
  • Currently at Assistant/Deputy Director/Director level.
  • Ideally with entrepreneurship/consulting background.
  • Extensive technical knowledge in product management.
  • Eager to learn and motivated by large, ambiguous problem spaces.
