Childcare Support Professional
This is a rewarding role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to parents, children, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess a minimum diploma in any discipline and at least 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome individuals in a professional manner, handling inquiries, phone calls, and messages.
- Manage the entry and exit of individuals, ensuring security and safety protocols are adhered to.
- Assist with student enrollment, including distributing and collecting registration forms and necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, including emergency contact information, medical records, and attendance.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all student and staff information.
- Communication and Liaison
- Communicate important announcements, schedule changes, and event information to relevant parties.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, and distribute them accordingly.
- Scheduling and Coordination
- Assist in organizing school events, parent-teacher meetings, and special activities.
- Manage the preschool's calendar, scheduling appointments and maintaining records of staff and classroom schedules.
- Coordinate with teachers and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations and coverage.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2-3 years' experience in customer-facing roles
