Job Title: Childcare Administrative Assistant

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Childcare Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the childcare centre.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting parents and visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, and distribute them to the appropriate parties.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of staff and classroom schedules.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating school events, parent-teacher meetings, and special activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2-3 years customer service/admin working experience
